The money follows the work.

What the customer approved becomes the invoice. The payment lands on the work order, the work order posts, and the reports read from all of it. Nobody keys a number in twice.

Payment questions

Do we need our own Stripe account?

Yes. Card payments run through a Stripe account that belongs to your shop, and payouts go to your bank.

Can we still take cash and checks?

Yes. Cash, check and other payments are recorded on the same invoice as card payments.

Does RVDesk run payroll?

No. It tracks hours, overtime and commission and exports them for your payroll service or bookkeeper.

Can our bookkeeper log in?

Yes. There’s an accountant role with access to the financial side only.
