Work orders

Every job on one board, from intake to invoice. See what is waiting on parts, what is on the bench and what is ready to collect, without asking anyone.

Every job, on one board

A work order in RVDesk carries the whole job: the customer, the rig, what they came in for, what the technician found, the parts, the labour and the money. Nothing lives in a second system and nothing has to be re-typed.

The board groups jobs the way a service writer actually thinks about them — estimates waiting on a customer, work in progress, and completed. Each card shows the customer, the vehicle, the hours logged against the hours sold, and the balance, so the answer to "where is that job" is on the screen rather than down the hall.

Status that reflects the work

Twelve stages from intake through invoiced, so "waiting on parts" and "ready for pickup" are different things.

Labour tracked against the estimate

Hours logged show against hours sold on the card, so a job running long is visible before it is finished.

Photos and notes on the job

Attach what the technician found, and it stays with the work order for the next visit.

Archive rather than delete

A cancelled job leaves the board without leaving the record.

Frequently asked

Can two people work the same board at once?
Yes. The board is shared across everyone signed in to the shop, and changes appear for the whole team.
What happens to a job that is cancelled?
It is archived, not deleted. It leaves the active board and stays in the record and the reports.
Can I see jobs across more than one location?
Yes, if your shop has more than one location. The board can show a single location or all of them together.
Does the customer see the work order?
Not the whole thing. They see the estimate you send for approval and the invoice, each on its own link.
