Card payments
Take card payments through your own Stripe account. The money settles to your bank, and RVDesk never touches it.
Your account, your bank, your money
Card payments run through a Stripe account that belongs to your shop. Stripe collects the business details and verifies identity directly — RVDesk never sees or stores your bank details.
Payments recorded in RVDesk and payments taken on the card land on the same ledger, so the invoice balance is one number rather than two systems to reconcile.
Settles to your bank
Funds go to the shop’s own Stripe account, not through us.
One ledger
Card, cash and check payments all decrement the same invoice balance.
Pay by link
Send the customer a link to pay the invoice online.
Reconciliation handles
Stripe’s own charge and payout references are stored against each payment.
