Card reader, optional: take payments at the counter with a Stripe card reader registered to your shop in RVDesk. When it isn’t taking a payment, the reader shows your shop’s logo. Card payments carry Stripe’s processing fees on your shop’s own Stripe account.

Is there a free trial?
No. Book a demo and we walk through RVDesk with your shop’s work in mind, or sign up now and your first month is charged at checkout.
Is anything locked behind a bigger plan?
No. There is one plan, and every part of the shop system is in it. The only add-ons are more locations and the Marketing Suite. A card reader is optional hardware.
Do we pay per user?
No. The price is per location, so add logins for your advisors, technicians and bookkeeper.
What does another location cost?
$149 a month for each location after the first. It keeps its own work orders, customers and inventory under the same login, and reports read one location at a time or all together.
How do promo codes work?
If we send you a signup link with a promo code on it, the discount is applied when you check out.
Who processes card payments?
Your shop’s own Stripe account, so Stripe’s card processing fees are taken there, per payment. Payouts go to your bank, and RVDesk never holds your money.
