Every advisor, tech and bay on one system.

RVDesk gives an RV dealership service department one system for the service drive: the job board, a tech board for each technician, estimates customers approve by text, parts and purchase orders, and roles and permissions for everyone who signs in.

A service advisor holding a tablet walks a customer past a fifth wheel in a covered RV service lot, open service bays behind them

Everyone in the department, in their own seat

Each person signs in with their own login and sees the part of RVDesk their job needs.

RVDesk roles in a service department

Questions service managers ask

Does RVDesk file manufacturer warranty claims or connect to our DMS?

No. RVDesk runs the service department: work orders, estimates, parts, payments, time and reports. It doesn’t file warranty claims with manufacturers or connect to a dealer management system. Book a demo and we’ll show you where it fits next to the systems you already use.

Can we control what each person can do?

Yes. Each person has a role. A permission group adds abilities to it, and an override takes one away from a single person.

Can we run more than one location?

Yes. Each location keeps its own work orders, customers and inventory under one login, at $149 a month for each location after the first.

Do we pay per technician?

No. The price is per location, so every advisor, tech and bookkeeper gets their own login.

Can techs work from a tablet?

Yes. RVDesk runs in the browser on a phone or tablet, so techs clock in, fill in inspections and comment on jobs from the bay.
